In the process of continuous casting steel will be used to a variety of nozzle,these nozzle not only has good corrosion resistance,but also good high temperature resistance,even if it is subjected to high temperature liquid iron,will not cause damage to the nozzle.Tundish nozzle is a small container through which molten iron flows into the tundish,so the quality of tundish nozzle also needs to be strictly tested,so that it can be safely applied in continuous casting.

Sliding nozzle valve:the sliding nozzle valve is equipped with gating control feedback system to maintain the fixed casting speed.The special refractory technology has been able to control the flow of tundish,ladle,etc.The mechanism is hydraulically operated and has a 3 slide plate system with the middle plate for adjusting the control base plate and the submerged nozzle to keep it in place.If the tundish fails,these small mechanisms can be removed from the tundish,which is especially suitable for troubleshooting confined areas such as between the tundish and the mold.

Tube changing device:used to connect tundish stopper to replace immersed nozzle during pouring and extend service life of tundish.In order to facilitate argon blowing operation,it is convenient to close and start to cut off the steel flow when the plug rod is out of control.The tube changer is operated by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure.

Tundish sliding plate instant replacement method:Since the sliding nozzle was popularized and applied in tundish,the"instant"replacement method of sliding nozzle sliding plate without interruption operation was developed.

According to different continuous casting conditions,the tundish nozzle type used is also different.
