The content of Zirconia Insert is 72%-85%. When the continuous casting time is greater than 500min, the zirconia reacts with certain components of molten steel and decomposes, which leads to the expansion of the zirconia Quick Change Nozzle. Ordinary zirconium zirconia Quick Change Nozzle can no longer meet the requirements of use. A zirconia Quick Change Nozzle made of zirconia with better erosion resistance must be used, with a zirconia content of 93%-95%. The zirconia Quick Change Nozzle is resistant to erosion and has good thermal stability, which can realize multi-furnace continuous casting, improve the efficiency of the casting machine, and reduce the production cost.
